大家好！我是 #AppWorks 負責投資的 Associate Ching Tseng，也會是 7 月份的中文輪值編輯。上個月 Alyssa & Natalie 雙聲道的分享了許多 NFT 相關的訪問，推薦給想要多認識一些 NFT 的朋友去看看。

在 AppWorks 負責投資近六年的我，經歷了投資電商、OTT、印尼團隊，最後到這兩年投資了像 Flow 等區塊鏈公司。看過不少募資過程，如果你還記得的話，去年十月我有分享了一系列跟募資有關的想法，今年我們多加一點料，把 Token 募資也一起分享，希望讓大家更了解透過 Token 募資的相關事情，無論是 Token 帶給創業者的不同，又或者與股權相比的差異，還有從投資人的觀點來說，投資 Token 與 Equity 有什麼不一樣。
